My name is Josef Jebavý and I am an independent IT specialist based in Jilemnice, Czech Republic. I am not an agency or a big company – I work on every project personally, so you always know who you are dealing with and who takes care of your server.
I focus on installing and managing Linux servers, migrating and optimizing web and database applications, security and backups. Apart from servers, I also develop custom software – web, desktop and embedded applications.
I like to share my experience: I run trainings, provide consultations and write articles about Linux, servers and programming.
Once we get in touch, I will do an initial assessment of the task FREE OF CHARGE and send you the conclusion by email. This makes sure the task is feasible given the technology and your budget. If the task also fits my field and expertise, we can start a paid cooperation. This is followed by gathering detailed requirements and a paid analysis resulting in a specification, a system architecture design, an implementation plan and an indicative (or fixed) price.
I carry out the implementation according to the agreed specification after the deposit is paid. If any ambiguities or problems come up, I discuss them with you as we go.
Things that require your cooperation we handle with online tools, for example chat, phone or screen sharing.
I hand over the completed work within the agreed deadline. I will walk you through the achieved goals of the project, train you and hand over the documentation. After the project goes live, I perform a post-implementation review and, if agreed, provide follow-up support.
